Privacy
Batchworks, operated by Batchworks (Belgium), runs this panel. Questions about data: privacy@batchworks.io.
Who this applies to
This is a private, single-operator tool. There is no public sign-up and no public visitors — the only person who signs in is the operator. It is not a consumer service and does not process the personal data of website visitors.
What is stored, and why
- Your operator login — email and a hashed password. Needed to sign you in; the password is stored only as a bcrypt hash and cannot be read back.
- A session cookie — strictly necessary to keep you signed in. See the cookie notice.
- Operational records — the machines in your pool, the batches you run, and their results. This is the working data of the tool itself.
- Generated account material — credentials the tool produces. Held so you can use it; treated as sensitive and never shown outside an authenticated session.
There is no analytics, no advertising, no third-party tracking, and nothing is shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Where it is processed
On infrastructure Batchworks controls, in Belgium. Worker machines you add reach the panel over HTTPS and never receive database access; they hold only a scoped token and the job they are working on.
Your rights
As the operator you have direct access to everything the tool stores and can export or delete it yourself. For any request you cannot satisfy directly, contact privacy@batchworks.io.
